In the midst of an international crisis, Kate Wyler, a career diplomat, lands an important job she is ill-suited for, with tectonic consequences for her marriage and political future. The producers convinced both the US and UK governments to allow them to use real locations to film the series, including more recently the US Embassy (at Nine Elms), which opened in 2018.

The only place inaccessible was Winfield House, the current residence of the American ambassador. Although it is accurately described as occupying the largest residential plot (11 acres) in London, next to Buckingham Palace, the producers used a country house outside the city for filming.

it has comedy, drama, great acting and writing, etc., etc. The series is about a diplomat (Keri Russell) who gets a new job as ambassador to the United States.

She also has to deal with her husband (Rufus Sewell), already a political star, and their volatile marriage. I loved this show so much that I devoured all eight episodes in one weekend.
I look forward to watching it and seeing where this show goes
It was so successful and so well received that it has already been renewed for another season.
